Many people do not bother to plan meals ahead because they feel is not worth the effort ant they don't have time anyway. Planning several meals at a time, ideal for a week, it takes a few minutes to do and can actual save time in the long run. if you know what are you going to cook for a week, you can shop just once and avoid waste. Most important you can ensure that all the essential nutritional need are met. All you rich mineral foods as complex carbs, proteins and essential fats are included. Planning ahead is likely to provide more interesting and varied and healthy meals.
